Billed monthly. Standard Square setup is included with no standard setup fee. No Bloxom order commission or diner service fee. Normal payment processing is separate. Voice and SMS allowances and any usage charges are defined in your written plan. Custom work is quoted separately.

How much does Bloxom cost?

Are there setup fees or order commissions?
Standard Square setup is included with no standard setup fee. Bloxom charges no order commission or diner service fee. Normal payment processing is separate. Custom work is scoped and quoted before work begins.
Is voice and SMS usage unlimited?
Voice and SMS usage is measured. Your allowances and any usage charges must be stated in your written plan before starting.
Which POS does Bloxom support?
Bloxom launches with Square. We review your menu and restaurant setup together before getting started.
What is included in the monthly plan?
AI phone answering and voice ordering, SMS ordering, mobile ordering, and customer relationship tools, including profiles, order history, campaigns, loyalty, and segmentation. Confirm your setup and service terms before starting.
How does a guest pay?
The ordering flow uses secure Square checkout. For voice orders, the guest is asked for permission before receiving a payment link by text from the restaurant number. Sending a link does not itself confirm payment.
Can guests order by text without an app?
Yes. They start a conversation with the restaurant number and continue through the required menu choices and secure checkout.
What should we check before launch?
Your Square menu, restaurant hours, phone and messaging setup, order handling, and the way staff should handle requests outside the automated flow. We confirm delivery arrangements and a launch schedule for your restaurant during setup.
